Presidents and Prime Ministers of Poland

Poland's President (Prezydent) serves as head of state, and the Prime Minister (Prezes Rady Ministrów) heads the government. Both offices date from the 1918 Republic of Poland. The presidency was abolished between 1952 and 1990, though a President-in-exile served during that period.
